Hi Jodi,
Yes, Polish historical sources from the 19th century confirm: KOLO, a settlement close to Baranow, county Tarnobrzeg, Austrian province Galicia, located between Baranow and Dimitrow Maly, in the time of living there of your Lutka and her family in abt 1880 counted 151 inhabitants. From your family given names we can suppose they were Jews, and the family cemetery was located at the road betwen Baranow and village Skopanie, this cemetery was distroyed by Nazi in WWII, Poles are trying to commemorate it, here is the weblink with some pictures from that place, use google translator to have all info in English: http://kirkuty.xip.pl/skopanie.htmhttp://kirkuty.xip.pl/skopanie.htm
Good luck,
Tad
Warsaw, Poland
PS. Surnames Rauch and Walach are still living in Poland, we can give you the surname location map based on Polish 2002 census.
