Ronald,
“What were the Polish/Jewish names of Hyman Sadkie, his wife Rosa, their daughter Esther & Rosa’s mother Rachel? I assume that the names they used were anglicised versions of their Polish/Jewish names.”
If not anglicised; SADKE & GROCHOW
If anglicised; GROCHAL or GROCHOL
(Polish “W”, reads in English similar to the letter “L”)
The spelling of their given names is not so important at this point of your query.
It might be HeymanHayman, Roza, Ester, or something like that.
“Why do Hyman Sadkie’s naturalization documents say he was born in Warschow in the empire of Russia?”
I do not know. But here goes a guess. Maybe he was born there……….. or some place around. If he really was born in WARSAW (WARSZAWA) then you are a lucky guy, because there are lots of Jewish records covering that period of time.
You can order microfilmed copies for viewing and copying at the nearest brunch of Family History Centre (FHC) in UK.

….or-if money is no object-order a paid query with the Polish State Archives in Warsaw.

“…………The documents state that he was born 8th April 1851 in “Warschow Polland in the Empire of Russia” & his parents were “Benjamin Sadkie & Jetty Sadkie both subjects of the Emperor of Russia”.”
This may turn out being a real, and so far, the only opener.If I were you, I would start with ordering following microfilms:
Cyrku?i 2, 4-6 Akta urodze?, ma??e?stw, zgonów 1851 FHL INTL Film 689531
Cyrku?i 7-8 Akta urodze?, ma??e?stw, zgonów 1851 FHL INTL Film 689532
Cyrku?i 2, 4-6 Akta urodze? 1847-1852, 1854 FHL INTL Film 689535

Cyrku? = district, quarter
akta = files
urodze? = births
ma??e?stw = marriages
zgonów = deaths
The records, until 1868, were written in Polish, then from 1868 in Russian.
Nevertheless SadkeSzadke, Grochow, etc., looks similar in English, so it will not be too difficult to find Hyman and Rachel if they by chance exist in those files.
There also might be alphabetical indexes at the end of every year.
The formulapattern was the same for every denomination, so I think, you will find there: address, the names of parents, their (approximate) age, father’s profession, and the names of witnesses.
Once again, if you are lucky, finding Hyman or Rachel in Warsaw will open new doors for further research. And this is what I would concentrate on, in the first place.Please, let as know about your decisions and eventual discoveries. There might be more help to share.
Good luck
Voyteck
