Some dates of birth and death even if only approximate would help. Knowing something about who Adam married and his children would too.
However, the 1900 through 1930 censuses list an Adam Dudeck (Dodeck in 1900) as born May 1869 in Galicia and his wife Margaret as born Feb 1874, They were married ca 1888. He immigrated somewhere around 1884-1886, she probably in 1881.
The closest I could find on immigration was an Adam Dudek 18 from Austria who arrived in NY on the Donau on June 15, 1885. He was alone.
Some of these records you can look at for free at beta.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
They probably got their marriage license at the Luzerne County Register of Wills. It may have helpful data on the parents and possibly exactly where he was born. He may have filed for naturalization at the Luzerne County Prothonotary Office. It probably has data on when and where he arrived and possibly exactly where he was born.
If you know Adam's date of death I suggest getting his death certificate from the PA Dept of Health. It should have more data on the parents including the mother's maiden name. His obituary may be helpful too.
