how to find out about sister of my grandfather, who came to USA

I'm looking for information about sister of my granp, who came to USA at the beginning of 20th century. I have only few data: her full name, full names of her parents and her last residence, before she left Poland. In USA she married Pole, but I don't know his full name. They had no childeren.

I found her (probably her, but I have a lot of doubts) record in Ellis Island database.

What can I do now to find out something about her, eg. where she lived, what she did in USA, when and where she died, etc etc.
