Mr. Henry "Henryk" Jalocha, age 76 years of Crown Street passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday, October 9, 2005.´Henry was born in Pogorzel, Poland March 20, 1929. Henry was married in 1952 and the family immigrated to Port Arthur in 1972. He had worked at Northwood for 5 years and at the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool for 15 years before his retirement. Henry enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, talking with friends and going for car rides with his grandson David.´Henry is survived by his son Andrew, daughter-in-law Joyce and her mother Mieczyslawa Falkowski and grandchildren David, Jessica.´Predeceased by his loving wife Wanda (April 2004), daughter-in-law Elizabeth (March 2005), and his son Peter (August 2005).´Funeral services for the late Mr. Henry Jalocha will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2005 leaving the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma at 10:40 AM to St. Mary´s Our Lady Queen of Poland Roman Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM celebrated by Father Ireneusz Stadler. Interment will follow in St. Andrews Cemetery. Visitation for friends will be on Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with Vigil Prayers offered at 8:00 PM in the EVEREST CHAPEL.´Should friends so desire, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated
