Help needed from Central Archives in Warsaw

Does anyone who posts here go to the Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw? If so, I ask for your help.

I need a scan of document from this record:

marriage (malzenstwa) records for 1874-1938
fond 298/0
Zabuzanskich collection

I need the marriage record of Melania Klym and Michael Fediuk from 1909-1912 from Hujcze, Rawa Ruska, Greek Orthodox Church.

I do not know exact date, only years range between 1909-1912.

I only need scan of the page that holds this record and will pay any fees. Please help. I've been stuck for over a year on this line of the family, and this record holds the key. I tried emailing the archives 5 times and never get response.
