In 1860, Prudence Henry Pointer was on the census in Ohio with her (believed to be) brother-in-law's family:

1860 Pike Co. OH, Seal Twp p. 334
Pointer, Joseph 50 M VA $1500 $250 Farmer
Sarah P. 45 F OH
Jesse M. 16 M IN Laborer
Mary Jane 14 F IN
Andrew 10 M IN
Pointer, Prudence 48 F PA $300 (Widow of William)
Sarah J. 15 F OH
Minerva 11 F OH
Eleda 10 F OH
Elizabeth 6 F OH

According to the 1850 Census there was also a son, William b. c. 1847 to William & Prudence who apparently died between 1850 & 1860 and a daughter Samantha who does not appear on the 1860 census either.

1850 Jackson Co., OH Lick Twp Pg 286 84/83 Film #444691
Pointer, William 42 M VA Farmer $400
Prudence 40 F PA
Sarah J. 5 F OH
William D 3 M OH
Samantha M.1 F OH

Note that Sarah J. was born in 1845, not in 1863 as you have mentioned. The census records are consistent in 1850 & 1860. The date of death that I show for her is in 1905 in Welston, OK.
