Does anyone have additional information on the Pogues in who were Chain Carriers on these Second District Surveys for James Hill in middle Tennessee. I believe that the "Spring Creek" listed in these is today called Carroll Creek. It begins near Tullahoma, TN and empties in Normandy Lake today.
