I have very little info on him but here's what I have. Born 1802, TN, moved to Mo. in 1840. It was reported in John Pogue's will (either his brother or his father) that Howell was an idiot and a lunatic with Benjamin Williams and Farmer Pogue (his brother) as his guardians. Died at the home of Winna Pogue in 1875 in Washington County, Arkansas. Notify Administrator about this message?
