Hi Pauline! Thanks for U R info on William Poe..it's the 1st positive lead I've gotten in months..including my sons DNA results..Wm is a brother to my John BUT any info I can find on this line is BIG..I'm now looking 4 info on a JOHN
Bassett thought to be grandfather of these POE's...last found at age 73 Lewis Co KY(1860 census) my John was bn Lewis Co 1864 and can't find him again until 1880..his parents are also unknown or at least not proven..Thanks again ...Marilyn Poe
