I'm new to genealogy but have Pocock ancestors. my Father's mother's brother, Hugh Shellshear Pocock (1894-1980) did impressive research during his lifetime and left a record containing over 120 Pococks and at least as many other relatives by marriage and other descendants.

My eye was drawn to the name Bucklebury, because the earliest records in Hugh's research are of John Money, of Bucklebury, Berkshire, whose daughter Sarah (b. Bucklebury, ? d. 1762)married Charles Pocock (1673-1756). All the pococks in Hugh's work are descended from this couple, though there is no mention of William, Sarah, or Moses as listed in your posting. Hugh's record contains no mention of Charles's father and I wonder whether Moses Sr might have been a cousin, or even a brother. The Bucklebury connection seems irresistable.
