I am descended from Joshua Pocock who descended from Abraham. My mother, Emily Viola Kemp (nee Pocock) has done considerable work on the family tree.
Joshua married Emily Selina Cox, and his sister Louisa married Francis Cox.
We think that Francis Percival Pocock is Joshua's brother. Francis settled in Beebe in southern Quebec, near the American border and had 3 sons. One of them, Earnest Richard was born in 1878. We think he had a son named Carlyle.
