You might want to check your ancestry again because from the information that I have in my possession shows as follows:

Martha Bolling born 1713; died October 23,1749; married Thomas Eldridge in 1727.

Their son Thomas Eldridge, Jr. born around 1735 married Miss Guerrans and by her had 6 children.

It was their first child, Jane Eldridge who married John Johnson and it was their 5th child, Thomas Eldridge who married Miss Miller.

As you can see Jane is not the daughter of Thomas Eldridge III who married Miss Miller because Thomas Eldridge III is her brother.
