On paasge 931 of The Decandants of Robert and John Poage It states Elizabeth Pogue ( so the Hopkins Geneallogy spelling) B, Sept 4 1764 in old Augusta County Va. near the Natural Bridge D. Harrodsburg Ky Oct 10 1850 engaged to marry Clough Overton Killed in the battle of Blue Licks and by his will inherited his lands in Mercer Co. (1000) acras m. June 18 or 29 1785 to Captain John Thomas farmer and first surveyor Mercer Co. b. in Wales abt. 1752 D. Mar 2 1814 son of Morris Thomas Who came from Wales with 10 childern Eliz. and John had 13 childern It lists the childern on page 933 If I can be of any more help let me know
