Maybe this will help,,,
James Brynum Plunkett, bn ca 1910, married Ethel Mae Jemmings ca 1910, of Grayson Co,VA.Her obituary was in the Winston Salem paper, age 89 daughter of Fielden Hale Jennings 1880-1972 & Ollie Sue Poole 1887-1980, James & Ethel had a son James Ray Plunkett bn 1911, died 4-21-1911 High Point, NC. obit 4-22-2002 Winston Salem newspaper...age 71. he married twice. AMME NAGAM 1911- & CORA VERALENE CARLTON 1933-1984. Ray & Cora had 4 children : Michael Ray , Karen Demise, Donna Sue & Patricia Ann.

I have litle doubt that he is the son of the couple you are looking for..but can not prove it. My data base is huge, and well documented. I don't answer lightly. Irishlad1@cox.net
