She had two brother & Two sisters:
John Plunkett Born: 1856 Brooklyn, Ny
Joseph F. Plunkett Born: Oct 1864 Brooklyn, New York - He was the Postmaster in Brooklyn
Kate Plunkett Born: 1860 Brooklyn, NY
Mary Plunkett Born: 1866 Brooklyn, NY
If you have any possible guesses as to who Thomas's parents were or siblings, that would be very helpful!
