I found Daniel L Plumley with wife, Nettie and children Elihu and Lena in 1880 at PA/Shippen/Tioga. Daniel states that his father was born in NH. in 1860 it looks like Daniel (10 yrs) is in the houshold of his father, Luman "Plumbley" and mother, Mary at PA/Delman/Tioga/Wellsboro. Luman was born @1818 in NH and he is next store to Israel "Plumbley", 46 born NH and then C-(?) Plumbley, 40/NH and then Israel Plumbley, 75/NH. My guess is that the elder Israel Plumley/Plumbley is Luman's father. Israel Plumley (b@1785) was the son of Joseph Plumley and Rachel Kendrick Cady in the line of Alexander Plumley. See Rootsweb.
