F.L.Pledg and W.A. Pledg,Hardeman Co.TN

I am seeking information as to the ancestry and also descendants of F. L. Pledg and W. A. Pledg, both of whom were born in Virginia, and were residents of Bolivar, Hardeman County, Tennessee, as listed ont eh 1870 census. In 1870, F. L. Pledg was age 52 and W. A. Pledg was age 45. They were white men. Also on the same census in Bolivar, Hardeman County, Tennessee, was Bill Pledg, a black man. Perhaps he was a former slave of the Pledg (Pledge) family.
