Hello..I would have answered sooner, but my computer wouldn`t cooperate..Anyway, Richard Pleasant and Ann Porter are my gggggrandparents..They were out of Virginia..Their daughter was Martha Pleasants who married the old Revolutionary Soldier ancester William Watson..Then I go down through a bunch of Watsons through Tennessee and Kentucky..The old soldier was a lt., and he was told to go west and claim land instead of being paid for being in the that is what he did..I`m especially interestd in Richard Pleasant`s mother..Martha Cocke..I think some Cocke`s came to Virginia in 1607 on the Godspeed...Have you heard anything of that??I`m interested in whatever I can find..Thanks May Jane Tillman
