She was born 2 Jan 1814 in that part of VA which is now Hancock Co WV. Her father was Thomas Mills b. in Ireland and mother was Margaret LNU born in PA. Both Thomas and Margaret died in Knox Twp, Jefferson Co, OH and are buried in Island Creek Cem outside Steubenville.
