Yep, your right, the Pitner's lived/live in Wisconsin. Here's the info that I have: the 1920 Census has the following entry: Wisconsin, Pierce County, Spring Valley Twp Roll: T625_2009 ED: 158 Page: 5B Line: 73 (This is apparently located at 1 Akers Avenue) 114/116 Anderson, Alexander Head 51 Married B: WI Anderson, Stella E. Wife 50 Married B: WI Pitner, Hattie Daug 27 Widowed B: WI Pitner, Izola Belle GDau 06 B: WI While this is listed as Pitner, the name is almost illegible on the image. ------------- I know of the following Pitner's born in Wisconsin. Yep, hit this state too while trying to corral that illusive connection. However, our family turned out to not be connected. Pitner, Baty B: 06/05/1899 Pitner, Beatrice B: 06/03/1897 Pitner, Julia E. B: 01/08/1900 Pitner, Mary B: 01/06/1878 Pitner, Mary F. B: 06/29/1905 Pitner, Richland M B: 11/28/1890 Pitner, Leonard W. B: 09/05/1903 Erwin Pitner married in Manitowoc, WI on sep 22, 1894.
