Hi all --
In an attempt to break through a brick wall, I've been trying to go through the censuses in PA, MD, and OH to find the parents of the Pitners I'm searching for. (Levi H, b. Greene Co. PA in 1849; George Washington Pitner, b. PA 1846; John Smith Pitner, b. Clarion PA, 1866 and Hattie, b?)
I thought I'd post the census index info I have. You'll see that for a few of these, I've added the census info, if I've found it.
Hope it's of use to someone. Once I go through all of these names, I'll post again if it's of interest.. year of census is on the left, and these are sorted by county. Township is listed if I have it.
