I've had a few inquiries about the computer program used to create this chart with requests to forward an output file. This chart is not generated by one of the popular programs such as Family Tree Maker or Personal Ancestral File. I use a computer aided drafting program (CAD) to draw lines and place text that when printed out resembles a cascading family tree. It's tedious, but not difficult, and produces very nice results. It also makes for easy revisions and additions.
So far, as of 25 Jan 2008, the chart lists 223 Pitchford from Shropshire with one detached line having moved to South Africa.
I'm sure this chart has only scratched the surface! I know there are Staffordshire, London, and Ireland connections too (and other areas I'm not aware of because of not researching them yet - with apologies to these Pitchfords). ...just need those who have the info to forward it my way! And the Samuel 1700 line that came to the US will need to be done. In due time.
