I am seeking information on my gr grandfather Gabriel Pitcher, born April 11, 1822, Watertown Center, Jefferson County, NY. He had a brother Walden, born in the same locale in 1818. Prior to 1805 Jefferson County was part of Onieda County. Unsubstantiated information has Henry and Abbagail C. Crosley Pitcher as their parents. Believe this Pitcher line was either of Waloon or Palatine extraction.
