I've been staring at that photocopy for the past half hour, and you know, the one I interpreted as Tristan is, in fact, Fisher, and the one I took to be Portia, is, after staring at it for 20 minutes, Betssa (no "b" in it). The date looks like July 31, 1787, but could be 1781 with some splotches over it. Since the other dates are in chronological order, I'll bet it is your Betessa b 31 Jul 1781.
