Hi

My g g aunt Jessie Louisa PITCHERS married Edward LAKIN in Utah in 1893. She was born in Lowestoft, Suffolk (one of 15) but emigrated to Salt Lake City to become a Mormon with several of her family. I presume that is why the relative of many of the PITCHER names on the IGI is given as Edward LAKIN. They also had a son Edward and I expect he had a son Edward too!! They seemed to know an awful lot of PITCHERS, wish they were still around.

Regards
Julie
