My g grandfather Benjamin Pitcher (b. ~1846)and both his parents were born in Indiana according to the Arkansas 1880 census. Family stories told of Benjamin came in from Missouri as a ventriloquist with a "punch and judy" show and settled in Arkansas. He married an indain woman named Mary Jane born in Missouri ~1855. They had 7 sons that I know of: Hiram, Andrew, Mannuel (Mann), George, Oliver Henry, James (Jim), and Edward Cleve. I also found a Eunice A. Pitcher marriage record in 1887. I'm not sure if she is Benjamin sister but they lived in the same area. Does any of these names show up in your family tree? Thank you in advance.
