My line is Elizabeth Stevens (dau of John and __) and Steward Pipkin b 1780s, had big family including my Martha Pipkin b 1832 Covington TN.They are buried side by side in Panola Co MS per family there.I don't think any of us are sure, including Clint Pipkin doing the one name study, about which parents our Stewart/Steward Pipkin belongs to.My Martha married Malcolm McEachin and had a large family and there are many descendants.Their daughter Frances "Fannie" McEachin born 1860s married Linburn Cullen son of Dr John Brennan Cullen (a dentist from Richmond Virginia born 1814) and Linburn and Frances had a large family at Oxford, Lafayette Co, Mississippi, including my grandmother Louvicia Cullen who married Ronald Crawford in Oxford, and their first child was my mother, Frances Crawford.I've had dna testing, and this, my direct maternal line, carries a mutation not seen elsewhere (so far).I felt the same about Steward having a child Sylvia.I think there were about 4 Stewart Pipkin men all born about the same time, and they have an ancestress, Mary Steward per several charts.Linburn's mother was Winifred Hall McCarty of Virginia, a descendant of President Washington's maternal Ball family.See my charts wc.rootsweb
