Thomas Pipes is supposed to have married Sarah Capell who although born in Maldon,Essex lived in Tamworth Staffordshire,England prior to her marriage.Her parents seem to be Algernon Capell and Mary Bentinckand she was born in 1691.However,what about his parents? He was supposedly born in Tamworth around 1682.Help,if possible
