Hello David,
It has been a few years since we last emailed.
I am Cheryl Bateman.
Joseph T. Pinson and wife Sarah E. Baugh is my line thru their son Ezeriah Mosley Pinson b. Dec. 15, 1857 Ogle., GA.
I thought you might want an update on some new info on my family line.
I found this while searching thru Genealogy.com
Thomas Boyd Pinson married Nancy's Patman her last name was unknown to me before. They married on August 23, 1838 in Jackson Co., Ga.
Second I found a William B. Pinson b. abt. 1830 GA
Here is the census info:
1860 Census Waters Dist., Floyd Co., Georgia
Thomas B. Pinson 63 M Farmer 8000/25000 VA
Nancy A. 60 F VA
William B 30 M Farmer VA
Then on Joseph And Sarah E. Baugh Pinson had another child that was born 1864 he is Eucell T Pinson and he is on the 1880 Census with his brother Richard B. Pinson b. 1853
along with other family members working on a farm
Richard Penson M W 27 Farmer (as listed on the 1880 census)
Lucy Penson F W 20 Boarder Keeping House
Eucell Penson M W 16 Boarder works on farm
Joseph Penson M W 19 Boarder works on farm
Actually a friend of mine was searching the internet on Ancestry.com after he asked me when Joseph and Sarah died.
And he found the 1860-1880 census.
And on the 1870 Census Joseph and Sarah Pinson are listed as Stinson's along with their children.
The 1870 Census listed a ULT Stinson and when my friend emailed me and asked me about the U. I told him that I had a Robert Uzell Pinson in the family and that maybe it was Uzell. So he looked and found it in the next census as Eucell Penson. Then on the 1920 Census in Lincoln Co., OK a E T Pinson is listed with my grandparents as a cousin.
So this is probably him.
Well that is all I have for now.
Take care,
Cousin,
Cheryl
