Hi Linda,
My Great Grandmother was Lula May. I live in Oklahoma where she was born. But have not been able to get a lot of info sice she was born before state hood. I have from family lore that her father was from Germany, and her mother was born on the boat coming from Germany to America. Lula's sister Catherine married a Shelby.
