I'd love to respond but your posting is mostly incoherent and terribly written. If you can find any single shred of evidence that an Abial/Abiel Pinkham existed -- go for it.He does not appear in any deed, vital record, will, probate record, census, tax record or town record.
If you are spending your money looking for Pinkhams at the Isle of Wight pre 1663 you are wasting that money.First of all, we know Richard Pinkham was in Dover by 1640 when he signed the DoverCombination and he was certainly recorded there in 1648 when he beat the drum for service and swept the meeting house.
Perhaps you are new to genealogy and haven't yet realized that family stories are not always true.Perhaps you didn't understand my posting which was in ahnentafel format and gives the ancestry of a person. In any case, we're here to help each other. You're certainly free to go and do your own research.I just happen to know that you're barking up the wrong tree and I'm trying to save you time and money. No skin off my nose if you don't take this help.
