I do not know the name Windel Piner. Will look into this.
I have some Calistoga records; have not checked out the cemeteries. Frank A. Piner, former Calistoga mayor and manager of the Calistoga branch of Bank of America died at his St. Helena home (obit dated June 25, 1987). He was 83. Mr. Piner was born July 8, 1903 in Middletown to Charles S. and Inez Smythe Piner.
