Do you know if there was a Malvina Piner in your Thomas Piner family of Virginia and KY.

I am trying to find the surname of Malvina, wife of George Roberts who lived in Virginia and Kentucky at the same time as your Thomas Piner. George and Malvina Roberts' son, William Roberts married Harriet Howlett in 1826 in Boone Co. KY and the minister was your Thomas Piner.

William and Harriet Howlett Roberts named their first son, Thomas Piner Roberts. He is my gg grandfather. The name of Piner has also been passed down through several generations of Thomas Piner Roberts descendants.

Since the Piner name has seemed important enough to be passed on through several generations, I have been wondering if maybe there is a family connection and the only unknown surname at this point is that of Malvina who married George Roberts.
