William Elmer Pillsbury 1920's maybe; Wisconsin

My grandfather is William Elmer Pillsbury. He was married three times with his second wife being Janice May Wittkopf. They had 5 children, Richard (Dick), Melvin (Bob or Robert) born 1948, Victoria (Vicky), Virginia (Ginny) & Ginger (although this is not her proper name). They lived in Wisconsin, possibly Oconto, WI until they divorced. Then William moved to California. At some point in his life he was in the Navy.
Any help somebody can give would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year!
