I am working on my DAWSON line. The earliest I have is Joseph Dawson who dies young (1821) in Bath Co. Ky. His son, Jefferson, Married Eliza Rice and they named their first daughter MAry Pillow. I cannot connect PILLOW to Rice line and am hoping it is a clue for DAWSON. Family tradition has the Dawson line coming from PA or MD
