Hi, Sue, I was interested to find your posting because I am working the Pilkington line for my sister-in-law, Martha Faye Brazier. He grandmother is Maggie Pilkington, Mary Etta's sister. I also found them with William and Francis Cowan in the 1900 census in Pell City, St. Clair, AL. I also found John and Francis Pilkington in the 1880 census in Mundine, St. Clair, AL. Have you found any further information about either John Pilkington or his wife, Francis. I would be interested in any information you have. If you wish to also have information about descendants of Maggie, I'd be happy to share. Thank you very much. Joanna Cook
