Dianna,

Filo's wife was Mary Elizabeth Perkins. She was the daughter of Charles Luther Perkins of Ashe County, NC. Her brother, Joseph Cephas Perkins, was my great grandfather. He lived Wise County and later Dickenson County, Virgina.
