Dorothy Lippington/South? !confusion!

Please, Is anyone out there who can help me sort this out? I am trying to follow the ancestors of Daniel South,of Clermont co. Ohio.B: 1760 MD. D: Dec 13 1819 OH. Spouse Susannah McCoy.
I have followed him to Dorothy Lippington /South(?)
Differing information on her is mind boggling. One site "An American Family" says all the children of Hannah Bonham Lippington and Daniel Lippington died very young, with Dorothy and sister Hannah death Jan 5 1683/83 (they both died the same day?) The LDS IGI has many user submitted genealogys, Some with that date, others have her birth date either Mar 3 or Sept 25 from either 1679-1683. One even has her death at 1683 and a marriage at 1703. Now that is quite a trick. Did she live and marry Thomas South or die early? I am so confused.
