Although not a descendant of Richard Warren - I am recognized by the Mayflower Society as being a descendant of Isaac Allerton, Richard More and William White - I may be able to help with your query in a small way. (see my posting history for lines we might have in common)

I and a Wikipedia editor just updated almost 60 Mayflower-Plymouth Colony-related Wikipedia articles, one of which is for Richard Warren - this may help a little:

Regarding famous persons who might be descendants of Mayflower passengers, I do know the Mayflower Society on its home page has a link to what famous persons descend from them, but no indiviual trees.

For who may be associated with your own tree, aside from what good/bad information may exist on-line, a professional researcher may be able to provide definitive assistance, if that something you want to persue.
