I have a Manville Thomas Pike & Amanda Jane Mingus. I know Manville and Charles and Granville were brothers...were Alice and Amanda sisters?

Also Manville's daughter Florence Belle Pike married Eben Wright. Is there alot of brothers marrying sisters going on here?
