I'm seeking any information on my Pike family line. My grandfather was George Washington Pike (1918-1977) of Surry Co., NC, son of Samuel Pike (m. Doshie Bell Henderson), son of Isaac Pike (m. ___ Hooker, who, according to family legend, was full-blooded Cherokee). Does anyone have any info on this line? They probably lived in or around the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC or VA.
