Not sure if we have a connection or not. My g-grandmother's brother Thomas B. Johnson married Susan Padget/Pagget in Conecuh County on August 13, 1869. On the 1870 Conecuh census, Charlotte P. is living with them -- evidently Susan's mother. Susan died before the 1880 census. I have seen the name Piggot several times. Is my Susan a part of your family -- or does she belong to an entirely different group?
