Here is some information on this family. Have looked in various other message boards and seem to find nothing. Hoping if I post what I have might link to someone who has additional information.
A Listing of the Descendants of David Pierce
DAVID PIERCE (son of THOMAS and Elizabeth Unknown Pierce) was born February 27, 1821 in Ross, Ohio, and died February 3, 1873 in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL. He married (1) ELIZA UNKNOWN Abt. 1850. He married (2) LOUISA (possibly spelled LOUSEA) WEBSTER Abt. 1859, daughter of CHAUNCEY WEBSTER and MARY WILEY.
Additional information on LOUISA (LOUSEA) WEBSTER:
David and Louisa and many infant children are buried in the Pierce cemetery near Watseka, IL. Three Pierce sisters were buried there as late as 1983 and 1990.
David Pierce who owned land in Iroquois Township in sections 25, 35 & 36. David’s land was north of the Peoria Oquawra Railroad just east (approximately 3 miles) of Crescent City, IL. Total land owned between the three parcels was 280 acres!
David was married prior to Louisa. Explains the 10 year age difference between the 2 boys.[see below census]

JASPER PIERCE, the child of DAVID PIERCE and ELIZA UNKNOWN, was born 1850. He married FRANCELIA HILL December 23, 1873 in Iroquois County, IL. They had one child Charlie Pierce born in 1879.
JOHN PIERCE, child of DAVID PIERCE and LOUISA WEBSTER, was born April 6, 1861 in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL, and died October 2, 1945 in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL. He married MARY STOWE born June 26, 1867 in Muncie, Delaware, Indiana; died in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL .

GUY A PIERCE, oldest son of John and Mary Pierce, was born January 19, 1890 in Iroquois Co., IL, and died November 1927. He married EFFIE ANDERSON, daughter of JOHN ANDERSON and MARY UNKNOWN. They had 2 female children born in 1916 and 1918 respectfully.
RAY PIERCE, second son born to John and Mary Pierce, was born September 1, 1893, and died July 1979 in Watseka, IL. He married GLADY UNKNOWN. They had a male child born in 1925 and a female child born in 1922.
THEODORE PIERCE, middle child of John and Mary Pierce, was born March 2, 1898 in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL, and died April 28, 1970 in DeKalb, DeKalb Co., Illinois. He married HAZEL RUTH EARL November 17, 1923 in Watseka, Iroquois Co., IL, daughter of LEE EARL and MARY UNKNOWN. Theodore and Hazel had 4 children.
JOHN PIERCE, youngest son of John and Mary Pierce, was born in 1904 and died in 1959. No other information is known about this son.
