Dear Brian,
I think Carrie's name may have been Caroline. I do not have any birth or death certificates, only the marriage certificate from Thomas Picton and Charlotte Apryel from the parish of Bedwelty Oct.8,1855. #291 This lists Thomas Picton age 26 miner of Rymney-father Richard Picton and Charlotte Apryel age 21 of Tredegar-father John Apryel.
Apparently, Thomas died and Charlotte took her daugter, Carrie, to Columbia Pa about 1858 and married David Evans. Thank you in advance for any help you may provide.
Mary
