John Thomas PICKUP b. 1858 Blackburn, Lancs

My G Grandfather was John Thomas PICKUP. He married Mary Ann POWER in 1879.
From his marriage certificate and census records I know that he was born abt 1858 in Blackburn and that his father was Thomas PICKUP, born abt 1838.
I have managed to find 3 possible birth index entries for John Thomas but of course the index does not list father's name.
Can anyone help me to eliminate any of the possible entries?
They are:
Mar 1858 Blackburn 8e 252
Jun 1858 Blackburn 8e 261
Dec 1858 Blackburn 8e 264
