Are you sure that you're looking for John Jr.?

My database indicates that John Pickett, father of John Jr, married as his second wife, Elizabeth Scivery \ Savory 31 Oct 1721. They had a son, Sylvester born about 1722, another son, Nicholas (1726) and a daughter, Elizabeth born about 1724, Christened 17 May, 1724; This Elizabeth married Thomas Swan 3 Nov 1742 and she died 20 Nov 1794. John Pickett had five children with his first wife, Elizabeth Kelly.

The spellings of the last names (Severly v. Scivery \ Savory) appear too close to be co-incidence.

Also, John Jr was christened in 1708 which suggests that he was a little young to have been married in 1721.

Could ths be your Elizabeth?
