Hello Pickett Crew,
Updating the site after my call a few minutes ago to Rene at Alexander's. She stated that they were unable to do the reprint without the families of the authors giving their consent to reprint the book.
Rene had no addresses to make this request. So, if there is anyone out there reading this who might can help us, I would deeply appreciate you making this call to Rene at the 800 number that James supplied.
