If you are talking about Peter who m (1)1855 Martha Jane Duncan, (2) Elizabeth A. Smith, and (3) Judy E. Doss, then I don't think you'll find a father - only his mother- Willie Pickerel. As far as I can determine, she wasn't married, but had at least 4 children, the two daughters Eliza J. and Lucy S. F., both married William Riley Goad. There was another son listed in the 1850 Census - Madison (listed as mulatto). I just started working on the Pickerel family, so I don't know yet who was Willie's father.
