Does anyone have any knowledge of a William Samuel Picard, born around 1900.His nationality is uncertain,although he is rumoured to have been French with a German wife. However,all the children of this couple had English christian names,including a Dorothy Maud Picard(1920)who married an English soldier in India in 1940.On Dorothy`s marriage entry it states that William Samuel was a goldsmith`s clerk.Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.Rob
